Welcome to Reelpull. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Reelpull mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using Reelpull, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise accessing Reelpull, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Reelpull.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email.

2. Description of Service

Reelpull is an AI-powered content intelligence platform that allows users to:

• Share Instagram Reel URLs for processing and analysis
• Receive AI-generated summaries, insights, and categorizations of shared content
• Save and organize extracted content in a personal library
• Synchronize saved content across devices
• Receive push notifications about extraction status

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use Reelpull, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information up to date.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at privacy@readl.online if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at the email above. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

4. User Responsibilities

By using Reelpull, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Only share content that you have the right to share and process
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Not use the Service to extract, store, or process illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or restrictions
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Reelpull to:

• Share content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Process content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or harmful
• Attempt to extract data from private or restricted Instagram accounts without authorization
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person through the Service
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful code
• Impersonate another person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, design, and code of Reelpull (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Reelpull and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our intellectual property without our express written consent.

6.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you share with Reelpull. By sharing content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, analyze, and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6.3 AI-Generated Content

Summaries, insights, and other AI-generated content produced by Reelpull are provided for informational purposes only. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated outputs, but you may not resell or redistribute them as your own original work without attribution.

Reelpull integrates with and relies on third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Instagram — For content sharing and account linking. Your use of Instagram is governed by Instagram's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
• Google Sign-In — For authentication. Governed by Google's Terms of Service.
• Supabase — For database and authentication services.
• Firebase — For push notification delivery.
• Hugging Face — For AI model hosting and backend processing.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Reelpull is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
• Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any loss of data, content, or profits resulting from Service interruptions or failures

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such cases, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reelpull, its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights (including intellectual property rights)
• Content you share through the Service
• Your breach of any representation or warranty in these Terms

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law will survive termination

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

For users in India, any consumer disputes may be addressed through the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify you through the app or via email for significant changes
• Provide a reasonable period to review changes before they take effect

Your continued use of Reelpull after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.
